lESSONS lEARNEDLessons learned for childhood obesity requires the desire to change and become a healthier individual. The reason why people are obese is because they are to lazy to make a change. They rather stay the same and make no difference in their life.
Another term that can be used for being lazy is being content. If someone is content, that means they are satisfied with their image and do not want to make a change. Majority of these lazy children have excuses. Excuses that they make because they are in denial for being obese. Now this topic is on childhood obesity and the ages range from 2-15. There is an exception for the young children who are obese because they are parented by their mom and dad who have full control in their daily nutrition and exercise schedule. The blame should be on the parents who allow their children to be obese or overweight. Now, genetics can be a major factor for children because it is hard to have control over their genetics. But as they get older it is possible to make a change in their life and transform their bodies. |
